I met your grandfather for the first time on the train - I was going to work and a friend introduced him to me.

My first impression of him was he was nice

On dates we usually fun - party - dinner - visit friends

He proposed to me on St. Patrick's Day 3/17/54

He asked to marry me

and I replied yesssss

We were married on November 20, 1954

at the St. Roch's Church in Bronx, NY

when he was 26 years old and I was 21

For our wedding he wore a tux

and I was dressed in a white wedding gown

I remember our wedding day as if it were yesterday - It rained - I loved every minute of it

For our honeymoon we went to the Poconos
